City of Champions
Let's help each other.
We ran out of space! When you come home from work, you have no place to park your car. Chances are, you have spent at least 15 minutes driving around hoping one person will free a spot. Inglewood is growing both economically and in population.
As we continue at this pace, the time it takes to find a parking spot will grow exponentially. Once you park your car, you’ll have to walk another 15 minutes to get home. Let’s do something about it before it is too late.
Let’s become better neighbors. Use as little space as possible when you park. As an old Inglewood resident once said “Hug the Edge.” Park as close to the edge as possible.
After you park your car, take 2 minutes to check if you have parked well. Readjust if necessary. Join the Ottomon network, learn from experienced drivers and share your own insights. And of course, get rewarded for your help.
We are working with parking officials to make life easier for Inglewood residents. Fining people for parking violations in a crowded neighborhood is both unfair and expensive.
Starting this summer, you can protect yourself against parking tickets. You won’t have to go to City Hall to contest it. With our program, you won't have to pay for any unfair tickets.
Join the ottomon network and we will give you more information as it becomes available.
and help others
Every year more drivers join the road. Our neighborhoods are packed with cars. The parking spot is becoming a rare commodity. Only the vigilant driver and the good neighbor can help ease the pain.
Join ottomon, a community of neighbors and drivers. We help you park better, avoid getting tickets, and guide you through becoming a better neighbor. In return, you teach others with your own tips and tricks.
